Day 1 ~ Arrival, Settling In & Letting Go

You will arrive at Málaga airport, where Jan Gerard will greet you personally. On the way to our private casa in Andalusia, we will enjoy Spanish tapas and our first moments of relaxation together.
Upon arrival, there is time to settle in, take a siesta, and quietly “come home.” Later, we will take a walk to a white Spanish village (Pueblo Blanco), where we will spend time in silence in a small church to reflect on your past, your grief, and your future.
We will end the day with a group dinner at our Casa, prepared by a private chef using local ingredients, followed by an evening meditation.

Day 2 ~ Deepening & Connection

We start the morning with a cold plunge ritual in the garden, focusing on letting go, trust, and breathwork. After a fresh breakfast, we move into the in-depth group session “My Path to Authenticity,” where we share experiences and feelings about the process before and after choosing yourself.

Following a group lunch, there is time for relaxation and optional individual coaching. In the afternoon, we host the “Hands of Harmony” workshop led by Spanish facilitator Eleonora Rodriguez, centered on giving, receiving, and trust. In the evening, we dine at a local tapas restaurant in Arcos de la Frontera and conclude the day with a circle meditation to ensure a deep, restful night’s sleep.

Day 3 ~ Feel free

The day begins with a breath meditation for inner peace, followed by an extensive breakfast. Afterward, we depart for the beautiful city of Cádiz for a relaxed city walk, coffee on a terrace, and a visit to the Mercado Central and the impressive cathedral. Along the way, Jan Gerard will let you taste the famous Tortillas de camarones. On the way back, we visit the Bodega Huerta de Albalá winery in the hills of the Sierra de Grazalema, including a walk through the vineyards, a tour, and a wine tasting.

In the evening, we dine at restaurant El Jibe in Arcos de la Frontera, where traditional Arabic tagines are served, among other dishes. Back at our casa, you end the day in your own way: under the stars, in silence, with a meditation, or a refreshing cold-water moment—in complete freedom.

Day 4 ~ Integrating & coming home to yourself

We begin the final morning with a gentle, body-oriented yoga session and a lovely breakfast. Afterward, you can pack your belongings at your own pace as we prepare for the journey home. In a group circle, we conclude by asking: “What am I taking with me?” in terms of insights, feelings, connection, and inner peace. We then drive to Málaga Airport, where we say our goodbyes and you continue on your new life path, with more clarity, gentleness, and faithfulness to yourself.
